YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF:

• YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE AND DO NOT CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE, EMAIL, OR NOTIFY THE SHOP/ AND OR ARTIST YOU ARE SCHEDULED WITH. IT IS COMMON COURTESY. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.

• YOU ARE 30 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WINDOW AND YOU DON’T RESCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF YOU NOTIFIED US OF A LATE ARRIVAL PRIOR TO 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ELAPSING AND STILL ARE 1/2 HOUR LATE. THE BOOKING APP ALLOWS YOU TO RESCHEDULE UP TO 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, AFTER THAT IT IS TOO CLOSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO MAKE CHANGES.

• WE DO NOT TOLERATE LATENESS OF MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FOR FREE CONSULTATIONS. IF YOU MISS YOUR WINDOW FOR A FREE CONSULATION, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE REJECTED IN THE FUTURE.

• YOU MAY ONLY RESCHEDULE 2 TIMES, AFTER THAT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT. GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME WHEN BOOKING. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS COME UP, BUT WE ASK YOU TO ONLY BOOK WHEN YOU ARE SURE AND AVAILABLE.

ERRORS AND TYPOS ARE FORGIVEN, BUT DELIBERATE LIES OR MISINFORMATION IS NOT ONLY ILLEGAL BUT WILL GET YOU BLACKLISTED FROM EVER RETURNING IN THE FUTURE.

Artists’ Choice:

• You pay up front for an artist to tattoo a pre-designed tattoo image that they have been wanting to tattoo. You will be given 3 designs, of which you can choose 1. No adjustments to size or designs, can be made. This type of appointment doesn't have any formal consultation and goes relatively quickly. As always no refunds.

Tap-Out Sessions:

Rules:

• You are tattooed or pierced until you “tap-out”.

• You can get any designs, any style, any part of your body for a maximum 12 hours (no minimum).

• We allow no breaks or stopping except using the bathroom (no smoking breaks, vaping is allowed).

• No numbing will be provided or permitted.

• No guests ever!

• If you start to scream or are showing signs of extreme distress, the session will be terminated immediately!

• If you get sick in any way (excessive swelling, allergy, pass out, vomit etc.), or have a bathroom accident, the session will be terminated immediately!

• Weekday Tap-Out Sessions: $900

• Sunday Discounted Tap-Out Sessions: $750

• Couples Tap-Out Sessions (2 people): $1500

• Shop tattoo Minimum is $60.00 USD (EXCLUDING SPECIAL EVENTS, DISCOUNTED TATTOOS, MOLE TATTOOS, AND PROMOS). This is non-negotiable regardless of the style, size or details.

  Flat-rate vs Hourly

  Choosing Hourly:

  • By default, we charge hourly for ANY custom drawn or specially designed work that takes longer than 4 hours. Hourly rates are specified by each artist. If your appointment is 4 hours or longer, you can request a flat-rate price instead if you prefer.

  • Anything billed hourly is rounded UP to the nearest 30 minute increment.

  • The clock starts once the consultation is completed and drawing is started. The clock stops once your tattoo has been wrapped up and sealed. (Please use the rest room, make phone calls, or take smoke breaks BEFORE we complete the consultation.)

  • Group appointments are NOT charged hourly ever! They are automatically flat-rate!

  • Ryan’s HOURLY rate:

    • $200 / hour (Example: 32 minute regular tattoo= $200; 55 minute regular tattoo= $200; 68 minute tattoo= $300)

  • Jeff’s HOURLY rate:

    • $180 / hour (Example: 32 minute regular tattoo= $180; 55 minute regular tattoo= $180; 68 minute tattoo= $270)

Choosing Flat-Rate:

• We charge you a FLAT- RATE based on the design features (location, style, color, size).

• You are charged considering each factor of how hard the tattoo is for your artist to complete. Don’t assume your tattoo “should be easy” or “shouldn’t take that long”!

• 1. Most expensive locations (Some areas of the body might have a starting price/minimum, or incur a higher rate due to the nature of skin or technical requirements.):

  • Hands (fingers)

  • Stomach

  • Neck

  • Feet (toes)

  • Mouth

  • Ribs

  • Face

  • Head

  • Genitals

• 2. Most expensive styles (Some styles present unique challenges to execute or have a tendency to heal poorly and are discouraged):

  • Fineline (priced flat-rate always)

  • Realism

  • Hyperrealism

  • Ignorant

  • Portraits (priced flat-rate always)

  • RTP (realistic trash polka)

• 3. Colors (The more colors included in a piece, the more expensive it will be. Colorful and complex pieces cost more. It’s that simple, the more colors, the more expensive..):

  • 1 color (tone/shade): no change

  • 2-3 colors (tone/shade): Minor change

  • 4-6 colors (tone/shade): Moderate change

  • 7 colors or more (tone/shade): Major change

• 4. Size (Not a huge factor in flat-rate pricing but small highly detailed pieces are expensive and large complex pieces are time consuming. A 1 inch tattoo on the eyelid is not the same as a 1 inch tattoo on the arm.)

  Non-negotiable Policies:

  • We do not perform tattoos on minors/children in sensitive (face, neck, or hands) or intimate areas (requiring removal of underwear), whether male or female, matured or not. If you are unsure of what this means, please reach out or schedule a consultation appointment.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Tattoos represent living intellectual property. We will not give art away for free!

  • Each artist prices differently, and there is nothing wrong with price shopping, but understand that styles and comfort levels have a huge role in pricing. Artists have different experience levels and comfort levels as well. Please communicate with your artist. It is highly disrespectful and offensive to an artist or anyone running a business to complain about a price, devalue a service, or trivialize a procedure. We also don’t match or compare prices, please do not tell us what you think it should cost, do not tell us what you used to pay, or what other artists charge . We are a custom shop with highly skilled artists, we charge accordingly. The world is full of artists with different ability levels. A basic rule of the industry is you get what you pay for. “Good tattoos aren’t cheap and cheap tattoos aren’t good.”

  • Please come prepared to both receive and complete your tattoo. If you fall ill, lose childcare, get called to work, have a sudden personal or family emergency, or otherwise can’t finish due to pain or discomfort (tap-out/pass out), YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE. When you reserve an appointment you are blocking off billable hours and we must be paid for that time. In the event that we finish early, you are only charged for the time that was needed to complete your work, so it is always better to book more time versus less. We also will take some time after your appointment usually to photograph or document the work we have completed. Full-day session is automatically billed at max rate.

Piercing Cost and Policies:

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!!

Prices always subject to change. Always confirm details and pricing prior to booking. Deposits are non-refundable, so be sure you’re both eligible to receive the piercing and sure you want it.

The prices below include jewelry costs, there are no additional costs! Our listed price includes physical piercing (hole) jewelry costs (material), and lifetime guarantee (specific to current ownership only). These are 3 separate elements, but are billed to you only once. This includes a lifetime guarantee for servicing* and free exchange if a downsize is needed. If jewelry (any part) is lost during a piercing healing, you will be charged to replace it. It is your job to inspect a piercing daily after insertion. Lost material is NOT covered. The total cost will be no less than $20.

All original piercings are done with over-sized jewelry to accommodate swelling and promote safer healing. Additionally, no rings are installed upon first visit.

We will not touch, comment on, consult, or accept liability of any piercing not performed by us that is not done by us without a service fee of $50. This includes ANY level of servicing for ANY piercing that we did not do. NO Exceptions! This is for legal reasons, your safety, and ours. (We are only responsible for our piercings. Even if you are an existing client, we will not service piercings we did not do without the $50 fee per piercing.)

Minors are NOT pierced beneath the neck, NO EXCEPTIONS! We are a professional establishment and deem it unprofessional and poor judgment to perform suggestive or inappropriate piercings on youth. Advanced or dangerous piercings are NOT performed on Minors. (This also includes oral piercings).

Most genital/intimate piercings require a consultation as discretion is warranted. You will be turned away if you have incompatible anatomy or poor hygiene and maintenance. This is for your safety, ours, and the general public’s.
